SCENARIO: Say an employee resigned from an agency on September 3, 2019 with remaining leave credits. She is reemployed in that same agency on March 25, 2021. The question is, Is it proper to consider such 2019 leave balance in computing her leave credits for the year 2021? This is to note also that she was employed in another government agency after her resignation and before her reemployment from the former agency without transferring her leave credits earned in 2019.

Meron na po mga opinion ang legal dyan... yes babayaran pero depende sa salary nya noong 2019...not the current rate... yung earned naman sa ibang agency. I suggest must be claimed sa agency concerned
